Niv Sharma brings a unique lens: Systems and R&D engineer, MBA business professional, Fortune 200 executive, entrepreneur, consultant and fifteen-year meditation practitioner.

She is also an explorer of the inner, an avid traveler, an amateur artist, with a passion for sharing what has helped her grow and transform - a journey that continues.

She knows both worlds - corporate innovation & transformation and inner transformation - and understands the leadership challenges and opportunities at their intersection.

Born in India and raised as a Hindu in a Military family, she received education in Catholic schools across India, growing up to believe in One Universal Energy or God or Truth - the different religions being different paths to seek it. Later, as a young engineering student in India, she began asking a deeper question: Did she really know if God existed, or was it just belief? She couldn't say yes or no—not yet. But she stayed open. Soon after she moved to the United States and pursued advanced education and a corporate career. Life challenges sent her on a quest for inner peace, leading to meditation and inner work.

This journey has been transformational - not just skills, but a fundamental shift in her inner state. As a Fortune 100 executive at 3M for twelve years, she led R&D and business teams. Executive leadership programs taught her skills. Meditation shifted how she lives, relates, and creates.

She now understands Mystic Kabir's 15th-century wisdom: "We humans are like fish in the ocean, yet thirsty."

Living Presence is always here surrounding us - like the water surrounding the fish.

We humans can stay thirsty. Or we can be curious and open ourselves and just drink. No amount of belief in either direction will quench us. Only the experience will.

Like an explorer, we can be on an inner adventure in a yet unknown terrain that the Wise Sages have known and given tools to navigate.

Like a hollow bamboo, we can create space within us for life pulsating all around us to flow through.
